According to the recent source, the former president of the United States of America Donald Trump on Sunday declared the valid team that will fully handle his 2nd round of impeachment trial in the Senate. The latest declaration signaled that lawyers David Schoen as well as Bruce Castor will lead the defense team of Mr. Donald Trump. This announcement came after a mutual decision to offer different ways with two lawyers from South Carolina, Deborah Barbier, and Butch Bowers, who had been strongly anticipated to represent him.

As per the reports, a 3rd lawyer named Joshua Howard also left the defense team. Mr. Castor is the former district attorney of Pennsylvania who recently denied taking action against Bill Cosby in the year 2005 over a confront with Andrea Constand the year before.

In 2018, Cosby was condemned for sexually violating Constand after a distinct prosecutor attended the case. Schoen is a civil as well as a defense lawyer with offices located in New City and Alabama. The House of Representatives provided its article of impeachment trial to the officials of Senate previous week, blaming Donald Trump with incitement of insurrection for his role in the deadly 6th January riot that happened at the United States Capitol.

Reportedly, the impeachment trial is scheduled to start on the 9th of February, 2021. In a current statement, Donald Trump’s office stated that Schoen had already been adapting with other advisers and that both lawyers hope that Donald Trump’s impeachment trial is unlawful.

The statement indicated that 45 Republican senators voted on Tuesday to support that affirmation. The Majority Leader of Senate Chuck Schumer has stated that the former president must be taken answerable for motivating the riot, naming it as the extremely despicable fact any president has ever performed.
